  • 2021

    Chengdu Jincheng College, which ranks first among private independent colleges in China on "Top 100 Applied University (Independent College)", joined the Group in September.

  • 2020

    Haikou University of Economics, the largest and top-ranked private university in the Hainan Free Trade Port, joined the Group in September.

    In March, the Group announced entering into agreements to partner with Richmond, The American International University in London (“Richmond”), an accredited higher education institute in London, UK and is recognized by the MOE. Richmond is accredited to award both UK and US degrees.

  • 2019

    King’s Own Institute, an accredited higher education institute in Sydney, Australia and is recognized by the MOE, joined the Group in July.

    Chongqing Translators University, a top Bachelor-degree Independent College in southwest China, joined the Group in July.

    Shandong Quancheng University, a top Bachelor-degree Independent College in Shandong province, joined the Group in March.

  • 2018

    Guangzhou Songtian University and Songtian Polytechnic College, a Bachelor-degree Independent College and a polytechnic college respectively located in Guangzhou, joined the Group in September.

    Zhengzhou Transit School, the largest private secondary vocational school in China, and Xi’an Railway College, the largest private technician college in China (in terms of student enrollment), joined the Group in September.

    Jiangxi University of Technology and Guangdong Baiyun University joined the Group.

    Baiyun Technician College joined the Group.

  • 2009

    Jiangxi University of Technology was first ranked No. 1 in terms of overall competitive strengths in the Private University and College Ranking of China

  • 2005

    Each of Jiangxi University of Technology and Guangdong Baiyun University obtained MOE approval and became one of the first few private universities in Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces

  • 2003

    Guangdong Baiyun University was first ranked No. 1 in terms of competitive strengths among private universities and colleges in Guangdong province” by the Guangdong Academy of Social Science

  • 1999

    Jiangxi University of Technology and Guangdong Baiyun University obtained approval from the MOE for their establishments

  • 1996

    Baiyun Technician College obtained approval from the Guangdong Ministry of Labour for establishment
